Review: The Kingdom movie
I enjoyed The Kingdom, especially the way the film handled Saudi politics (princes, Police v. National Guard, "enhanced interrogation"). To me, the only weak point was the slightly cartoonish American embassy officer. The action was pretty good, though several folks have complained about the shaky camera work.

To my mind, the Bourne movies had much shakier camera work. So - beware.
I recommend drinking a large soda and eating a large buttered popcorn to calm your stomach ;-)
