The duck pond at MSU is about one-half frozen over. It's spring-fed, so I doubt it ever freezes over completely.
These ducks really liked the Bible Bread I fed them.

Hmmm - I never heard that it was heated. I know MSU spent some pretty good coin several years ago to refurbish that area.
According to this report, MSU will do some more work on the pond in summer 2006.
