I'm down to 230 +/- pounds - presumably from eliminating soda from my diet. Actually a bit under 230. Still healthy, I think, but something I'll mention to the doc next time I see him.
I've noticed something similar -- went from about 3 colas every day down to about 1 cola every other day, and I think that it has contributed to my recent weight loss.
