Tuesday Kitchen Blogging: meatballs

I made meatballs for the first time tonight (woo-hoo!). Overall, they were a success: they tasted great, and I did set off the smoke alarm. I used Half Circle Ranch Organic Piedmontese Beef - very tasty, and it's from Montana.
